Thanks for staying tuned!!
For those of you who have been following the blog and wonder what has happened to everyone, they are
now more than a year old!!! The pup we were calling "Little Man" went to a wonderful home...a horse farm...where
he has bonded with 2 little girls, a few horses, and some cats who run the roost. He has developed a love and devotion
to this family - never letting the little girls out of his site when they are running around the farm...protecting his new
Mom when a dangerous man (literally) came onto the property...and generally patrolling their property and being a baby in
the house.
The pup that went to Ohio has also done FABULOUSLY!! He now has his certification in Canine
Good Citizenship - he was the top of his class - his new family is so proud of him, traveling with him and making him part
of their people and animal extended family.
And, of course, we kept two pups. Chief is the big male
- he is my Lump of Love. I am constantly amazed by how gentle and sweet this animal is, despite how HUGE he is.
Binge (pronounced Bing-guh) is the little girl that was born non-vital that we worked on for so long. What an amazing
little animal - she's so sensitive and attentive. And, yes, all 3 dogs are house dogs...sounds crazy...but I cannot
imagine it any other way!!
Zilpo is still in amazing shape - she's my constant companion - the pups
keep her entertained and they all have a great time - we love watching the dynamics between the 3 of them. She still
mothers them on occasion - but, for the most part, she's become a playmate and having a great time. It's so
wonderful to see her so engaged and happy all the time. Now, that's not to say she doesnt expect to have her alone
time with us - she's a morning bed hog, fursure :)
So, stay tuned - I am going to add a page devoted to stories
and pictures of the dogs from her last litter!

13 Weeks Old
The pups we're keeping and the one left for sale are being obedience trained and are well socialized. They travel
well, are alert, and not excitable when we go out! They are so much fun and well so attentive while training - so, they
learn their lessons quickly and are very enthusiastic!
They are polite puppies and do not jump around wanting
attention. They are still fairly mouthy, but, afterall, they are GSDs - which is what they do. But, we are training
them how to be polite and gentle if they must mouth. They mouth by instinct - they do not mouth inappropriately (on
furniture, shoes, etc). We have some great teething toys for them - so, they are getting the picture!
They sit and lay down by voice command and hand signals. We're working on heel and on recall (coming when we call).
They come pretty enthusiastically when distances are short, so, we're working on longer distances and distractions.
We're also working on making them come in the middle of their own play, which they are doing very well also.
Stay tuned! And, if you know of someone who wants a little man who is fun and family focused, let us know!

so excited to move forward in the training and are already getting great results. Dee's techniques, philosophy,
and methodology are very effective. Stay Tuned!!
